I am a researcher, entrepreneur, trainer and consultant from Munich, Germany.

SHORT BIO
I am a Professor for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Munich Business School and co-founder of Bright&Bold, a Munich-based startup empowering people to proactively seize the opportunities of tomorrow - in business and society.
I co-founded the entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship center "founders@unibw" at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich which I have been running for the past 3 years.
Before that, I´ve been working at the LMU Entrepreneurship Center as Head of Teaching creating engaging and digital entrepreneurship classes, and as lecturer and coach supporting (soon-to-be) entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, students and professionals. During that time, I have completed my my dissertation "Exploring the Enigma of the Entrepreneurial Personality - Essays on Overconfidence, Optimism and Risk Propensity" which examines the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs at the Max-Planck-Institute for Innovation and Competition. Still today, my research focuses on the human side of entrepreneurship and innovation :)
Since 2008 I´ve been working as a freelancer in various fields such as Marketing & Sales, Consulting and Finance & Accounting for clients from many different industries.
I am an open-minded, inquisitive and ambitious person, and happy to share the knowledge and expertise that I have gathered throughout my professional and international career.
